General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Worries She Won’t Make It, and Pushes Michael to Make Amends with His Father

General hospital Spoilers reveals Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is struggling with her cancer diagnosis. Knowing she is at Stage IV, and there is no Stage V, means Willow might be nearing her last Christmas with her family. She hasn’t even met her baby yet and already she is concerned she may not be here for him or her as they’re growing up.

Some of her comments landed on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) recently over dinner, but Carly just assumed Willow was worrying about the baby she lost, Jonah. In reality, she’s worried sick about whether or not she’s going to be able to beat this cancer. As she comes to terms with the idea that she might not, she wants Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to drop the vendetta he has against his father. Will Michael listen?

General Hospital Spoilers — Chemo Has No Noticeable Benefits

As Willow continues on with cancer treatments, she’s starting to suffer from the side effects of chemotherapy. That would explain her fainting when she got into an argument with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) recently, as well as how fatigued she has been. Her family has to be noticing by now that she doesn’t look good, but they might credit that to her pregnancy and Willow working so much as a nurse now.

For Willow, while she knows the chemo might be helping to kill the cancer in her body, it’s also weighing on her mind due to the effects it could have on their unborn baby. Furthermore, she doesn’t feel immediate effects from it and as such, it only feels like Willow is getting closer to death, not farther away from it.

GH Spoilers Indicate Drew’s Investigation Only Intensified her Feelings

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been looking into Willow’s background in an attempt to find out where she came from. Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) might have confessed to Nina being Willow’s mother just before she died, but as far as Drew is concerned, that was a lie. So he’s starting at square one working to find his way back to a woman Willow already knows well, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) knows it.

When Drew reports her birth mother is dead — a lie he was handed by the person he thought was a lead on the case who was in cahoots with Carly — Willow is devastated and feels like a bone marrow donor is the last thing she’s going to get for Christmas. At this point, Willow is starting to think her best bet is to prepare herself for the worst and assume she’s not going to be around much longer.

General Hospital Spoilers — Michael Deliberates Letting Go

Willow doesn’t want to leave this world without Michael having a solid support structure around him. She knows he has the Quartermaine’s, but Michael needs his father at a time like this. Sonny knows what it’s like to lose his partner in this way — the way he did with his first wife, Lily Corinthos (Lilly Melgar), and he knows the fear of losing a child all too well, too.

Michael is going to need his parents, but whenever Willow has begged him to drop his vendetta, it hasn’t gone as planned. Each time, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) convinces Michael to hang on a little while longer. What will it take for Michael to give up on revenge? It might take seeing Dex get his own. Why would Dex be interested in taking Sonny down even if Michael isn’t? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out!
