General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Just Destroyed Her Chance For Custody Of Her Children
Over the last few months, it has become clear that Willow Corinthos’s (Katelyn MacMullen) cult-like mentality has never been deprogrammed. What is different is that instead of a cult leader guiding her into darkness, it’s her boyfriend, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Their union seemed to come out of nowhere. One minute, she was in a loving relationship with Michael Corinthos, and the next, she was sleeping with his uncle, Drew.
When her marriage imploded, instead of taking a moment to figure things out, Willow took her children and hid behind Drew. The only thing that prevented an immediate custody battle for Wylie and Amelia was Michael being burned in a firebombing.
As he recovers in Germany, Willow is playing house with Drew, but Michael will return on a mission to get his kids.
General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Is Completely Brainwashed By Drew
Literally, everyone else in Port Charles sees through Drew and has tried to warn Willow that she has traded in family stability for a narcissistic control freak.
Not only does she not see it, but she defends him with a starry-eyed look whenever anyone tries to get through to her.
Her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has tried to wisely guide Willow, suggesting that she compromise with Michael’s family every step of the way but she seems to prefer Drew’s more aggressive approach, and it’s just not going to work in the long run.
General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Custodial Agreement Is Going To Blow Up In Willow’s Face
Drew has had a custodial agreement drawn up that states that if anything happens to either one of them, then the other gets custody of their children.
Willow is all for it, thinking that by signing it, she is protecting her kids, but in reality, she is showing questionable judgment. Michael may be recovering out of the country, but he is alive, and he will eventually be well enough to step back into his role as a father.
No judge is going to allow Willow to just strip Michael of his role as a father to Amelia and Wylie without good cause.
In the meantime, Michael’s mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), isn’t going to let Willow do this, especially after vowing to fight for his kids.
Willow will realize that signing this agreement is a deathblow to her custody case, but will she then see Drew as the man that everyone else sees?
