That said, it’s possible Tracy will think the framing Willow part is a good idea, but Tracy isn’t known for having the best judgment! This cover-up in general feels like a doomed plan, but Brook Lynn may doom herself even more by setting Willow up.

Willow will insist she’s innocent if Brook Lynn and Lucy successfully cast suspicion on her regarding this other driver issue. Chase may make it his mission to clear Willow’s name and grow even closer to her as a result.
This could also lead to Chase following a frame-up trail and figuring out Brook Lynn is responsible. You can bet Chase will be furious if he realizes Brook Lynn targeted Willow, especially after everything she’s done to help them try to adopt Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton).

Chase is quite protective of Willow, so he may turn against Brook Lynn big time if she goes to this extreme. It could lead to Chase landing in bed with Willow and could maybe even make him want a divorce!
Brook Lynn may ruin her marriage and could potentially go down for fleeing the accident depending on how things play out. At the very least, Brook Lynn and Chase’s adoption of Phoebe could fall through.
