General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Forced To Choose – Her Life Or Baby’s?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may be forced to choose in upcoming GH episodes! She may be forced to choose between her life and her baby’s!

General Hospital Spoilers – More To The Story

There is bound to be more to the story than Willow fainting because she’s pregnant – for one thing, she looked like death warmed over when she passed out at the Metro Court Pool! Willow’s eyes were rolled back in her head, and she had very deep purple shadows under them like she hadn’t slept for weeks. These could be signs of a kidney disorder for one, which could be very dangerous for both Willow and her baby.

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) told Willow that while her pregnancy could be part of the cause of her fainting spells, all the tests had not come back yet. The pregnancy test came back first, but there were others that had not come back that he warned could show more.

GH Spoilers – Pregnancy Is Only Part Of Willow Tait’s Diagnosis – And Problems!

Early Soap Opera Digest summer spoilers teased that Willow might be pregnant, but also that there would be some serious problems that may require an organ, bone marrow or blood donor. Now that Willow knows she is pregnant, she likely will want to find her birth parents or their medical records after all, having abandoned that idea earlier. After Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) court challenge to get visitation of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) she decided she didn’t want to know.

That was a big relief to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) who didn’t want to reveal the truth after obtaining a DNA test match between Willow and Nina without either one knowing it! She even lied to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about the results, whom she’d earlier promised she’d tell the truth!

General Hospital Spoilers – Pale Skin, Dark Shadows Symptoms Made Worse By Pregnancy?

It doesn’t sound like Willow had these problems during her first pregnancy, when she gave birth to Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) baby boy although she may have. Viewers remember this was the original Wiley Cooper-Jones (Grace Elizabeth Davis) who Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) originally adopted.

However, he was very small and died of sudden infant death syndrome when he was only two or three days old, the first night they brought him home. No autopsy was done on the infant, who Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) swapped with Brad and had named Jonah Corinthos, so his cause of death couldn’t be attributed to anything else. There is a possibility that whatever Willow is suffering from now could have affected her first baby, possibly contributing to his death.

GH Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Ghastly Appearance Cleared Up When She Came To The Hospital

Before fainting, Willow’s eyes were purple underneath and her eyes themselves appeared to have a glassy appearance although that paleness and eye and under eye symptoms seemed to clear up. This hints of some kind of blood or circulation symptom disorder which could be very dangerous for both; if the placenta does not receive blood properly, the baby could die.

If the mother doesn’t get enough blood to her heart, then she could die as well and it could be a genetic condition or a rare blood type. Viewers will note Willow also clutched her chest before she fainted; if she has some kind of blood circulation disorder she may have to make a choice! If it is a genetic condition she may need blood from Nina, which will expose their mother-daughter connection!
