General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that before Ryan Chamberlain, (Jon Lindstrom) Heather Webber (Alley Mills) take Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) on a “family road trip” action’s needed. Heather won’t want to terrify their amnesiac daughter, so Ryan may reverse her traumatic amnesia so she’ll go along willingly.
General Hospital Spoilers: Esmé Prince May Not Be Willing To Go
As it is now, Esmé is barely acquainted with Heather, and certainly doesn’t know she’s her birth mother, and doesn’t remember Ryan either. It’s laughable to think that a girl suspicious of a stranger wanting to give her a friendship bracelet would willingly go with two strangers. Especially not when Heather warned her that Ryan was dangerous and to stay away from him, how would Esmé be convinced to trust them?
Esmé is very pregnant and suffering from traumatic amnesia, a condition that Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) told her could be reversed. But since Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) wouldn’t let her, someone else would have to – and that might be Ryan, who learned a lot of psychiatric procedures impersonating his twin.
GH Spoilers: Esmé Prince Needs Her Memories
Esmé is going to need her memories and she wants her memories, even though some of them will be traumatic-she was fleeing for her life from Nikolas and his captivity. No doubt she feared once the baby was born she’d be killed, even though he told her his plan was to send her to Cassadine Island in Greece.
She set the tower room on fire starting with her Christmas tree, fled the smoke-filled room and jumped off the parapet into the harbor! She remembers making it onto the Haunted Star shivering and coughing, then taken to General Hospital with hypothermia and smoke inhalation. But that is as far back as her memories go, and Ryan may know how to reverse her amnesia.
General Hospital Spoilers: Ryan Chamberlain’s Training Was Pediatrics
Ryan’s training was pediatrics, he first came to Port Charles as a pediatrician at GH, but during the months he impersonated Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) he had access to his books. Another thing to consider is he and Kevin were the second set of twins to undergo the memory transfer procedure, and he may have some of Kevin’s memories. Ryan is good enough with psychiatric procedures to fake locked-in syndrome for the past couple of years, and implant post-hypnotic suggestions.
The trick will be to get Esmé to trust enough to let him reverse her amnesia, because with one hand it would be difficult to impersonate Kevin. Once she remembers, then Heather will likely spill the beans about being her birth mother and she’ll go along willingly on their little “family road trip”.
