Brad Approaches Jason At The Hospital, And Britt Witnesses It
In the weekly promo for the ABC soap that was released on Monday, January12, Brad approaches Jason at General Hospital and Britt witnesses it; he asks Jason to stay away from her.
Jason looks perturbed and Britt looks angry, and she was already put off when Brad wasn’t happy about her interest in Jason! In Friday, January 9th’s episode, the two semi-bickered over Britt’s having spent the night with Jason, although it was interrupted by Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Britt had been offended over Brad’s overprotectiveness and especially when it came to Jason. She snarked something to the effect of, “Excuse me for wanting a personal life” and Brad told her if her relationship with Jason goes south, don’t say he didn’t warn her!

Brad is sure Jason will only bring danger into Britt’s life, not to mention he hurt her before; he couldn’t help but remind Britt when Jason dumped her for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
Of course, this marriage wasn’t even valid, since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returned alive from Nixon Falls, and the marriage had been to protect Carly and her family from the other mob families.
Sonny walked in just as Jason and Carly were on the verge of consummating their marriage-Carly fainted, and Jason fled! Britt didn’t understand at the time either, and it was true she was very hurt-that’s why it has taken so long to even admit she still has feelings for Jason.
But now that it’s become obvious that she and Jason are getting closer, Brad’s interference seems to be problematic.

Will Brad’s interference cause a rift between the besties? General Hospital spoilers reveal that Jason will take Britt out on a date after Brad makes his request of Jason! So, it sounds like Brad is getting nowhere in his quest to protect Britt from Jason, who he considers dangerous and unfaithful.
What will happen if Britt and Jason do indeed get serious, as could potentially happen? Will Brad continue to try to be a third wheel, and therefore cause Britt to pull away from him?
