General Hospital Spoilers: Why Did Victor Leave A Set Of Tarot Cards To Sam So Maybe She’d Get Lucky-Is Jason Alive?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there’s a reason why Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) left Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) a set of tarot cards to get lucky in love. Sam’s one true love was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and he was presumed to have died with a tarot card in his hand-might she be lucky to find him alive?
General Hospital Spoilers: Could Victor Cassadine’s Men Have Found Jason Morgan?
Once the tunnels under the Cassadine compound in Greece collapsed, things went very fast-Jason was believed to have perished, after a tunnel collapsed on him. Meanwhile, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) escaped through a branch of the tunnel that went out, but there could have been a second branch that split off behind Jason. At the same time, Victor and several henchmen were upstairs in the castle, and were later arrested as they tried to escape-could some of them have captured Jason alive?
Peter seemed to escape without notice, although he certainly wouldn’t have saved Jason again. Now, with a new Cassadine property known to be in Chechnya, Russia and Jason not found anywhere else, could he be there?
GH Spoilers: On Life Support Like Nikolas Cassadine?
There’s a possibility that Jason could have found unconscious and whisked away while Peter got out the other way. Victor may have figured on another try at brainwashing Jason to be a super soldier like the original plans were for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). But, like Drew in the Cassadine labs when Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) found him, thinking he was Jason, he could be in stasis or on life support.
He could also be in a coma on life support like Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) – the two could even be in the same place. But, it doesn’t make a lot of sense for Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) to have Nikolas so far from Spoon Island, unless on a secret trip on a Cassadine jet.
General Hospital Spoilers: History Repeats Itself?
History could repeat itself, because when Ava was looking for Nikolas in the Boronsky Clinic “Patient Six” turned out to be Jason instead, and she was the one who freed him. Might Sam go with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) on a trip to Chechnya, helping look for Nikolas and once again they find Jason instead? Nikolas is alive somewhere, with Mason taking care of him and reporting back to an as yet unrevealed boss; Laura would be disappointed, but Sam would be thrilled.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) would be thrilled to know that Jason is found, although he might not be awake. As a nurse, she knows that where there’s life there is hope, and Jason might awaken from his coma.
