General Hospital Spoilers: Two Arrests Are On Deck This Week — Who Is Chase Cuffing This Time?
General Hospital spoilers spill Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is expected to make two arrests this week, and I have a few hunches about who might end up in the slammer.
Sure, these arrests could relate to any number of incidents, but I’m thinking the most likely is that they will be linked to the investigation into Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting.
However, I leave room for them to also be a result of the investigation into Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) whereabouts.
Can you imagine Valentin being hauled off to jail with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) right behind him for having aided and abetted him? Ouch! If that’s the case, I wouldn’t hesitate to think it’s a vengeful Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) who would rat her out! Nevertheless, it’s most likely that Valentin’s hideout will continue longer than one week, and so, my guess is these arrests are about who shot Drew.
Justice Catches Up with Curtis and Selina
When Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) asked DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) who she wanted to go after — Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) or Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), she didn’t hesitate.
She was convinced that the evidence against Willow was stronger, and much more so now that they reviewed the traffic cam footage and found Willow en route to and from Drew’s neighborhood — a location she said she didn’t go anywhere near that night.
But DA Turner was confident in chasing after Willow and signaled that they could always pick the charges against Curtis back up later.
With Selina Wu (Lydia Look) back in town, there might be a way to do that — especially if Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) return somehow plays into his aunt’s guilt. Could it be Brad who was the “perfect guy” for the job, per Selina?
GH Spoilers Leak Two Quartermaines, One Stone
It’s also realistic that we consider Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) recent return home. Now that she is back, I wonder if the other footage requested by the PCPD will reveal that Tracy showed up at Drew’s sooner — before calling the cops.
Could she have shot him and then panicked and decided to pretend she found him? Or is that footage going to reveal Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was there around the same time as Tracy? This could make for pretty damning evidence if someone finds out Michael and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) weren’t really together that night.
Could that be what some eavesdropper overhears this week? The police will certainly question why Tracy didn’t report seeing Michael there, too.
Willow and Portia are Both Lying?
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is standing trial this week for Drew’s attempted murder, and his testimony could make or break her case.
But isn’t it possible that Willow did shoot Drew — even if she doesn’t remember it now because she had some sort of mental break when it all went down? Of course, Portia is also lying about where she was that night, and if that comes to light, her affair with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will as well.
But her daughter, Trina Robinson (Tanyana Ali), in a plea to protect her mom, could decide to come clean about her and Kai Taylor’s (Jen’s Austin Astrup) presence at Drew’s — which could land both of them in jail as well!
