General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Uses Her Leverage Against Drew To Save Jason
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will go down for the murder of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Viewers know that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) actually killed Cyrus in self-defense, and that Jason was talking with his brother, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) at the time of the murder, and couldn’t possibly have done it.
Drew will definitely lie, and say that Jason was not with him at the time for the murder, and Jason will be charged. He is even lying to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) about Jason’s alibi, and this could threaten their relationship if Willow learns the truth.
However, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may be Jason’s only hope, as she does have the leverage that can get Drew to change his story.
Tracy Quartermaine Blackmails Drew Quartermaine
With Jason in jail and being charged for murder, it is only a matter of time before many put the pieces together that Drew is in fact lying about being Jason’s alibi. Tracy, who definitely now favors Jason over Drew, will become privy to this, and realize that she has a way to save Jason.
Tracy could visit Drew and tell him that if he doesn’t change his story or find a way to save Jason before he goes on trial, she will play the video that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) obtained from P.I. Elaine Stevens (Judy Kain).
In the video, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) confronts Drew about having sex with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Willow’s mother at the Brown Dog. This news would devastate Willow, and put an end to his relationship with her.
Drew will want to protect that secret. However, if it comes out that Drew lied about Drew being Jason’s alibi, it would also hurt his relationship with Willow, so he is at a standstill.
Drew Quartermaine Comes Up With Another Alibi
Being forced by Tracy’s hand to save Jason, Drew would tell her that he found a witness that saw Jason at Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)’s grave the night of the murder, and have him come forward as another witness to corroborate his alibi the night of Cyrus’s murder rather than say that Jason did pay him a visit the night that Cyrus Renault was killed.
This will save his relationship with Willow, and continue to keep his secret about his tryst with Nina under wraps. The charges against Jason would be dropped, and Tracy’s efforts would succeed.
Tracy Quartermaine Exposes Drew Quartermaine’s Lies
After Jason is free and clear, what is to stop Tracy from exposing the truth about Drew? She could expose the video, and he and Jason would work together to expose that Drew is lying about being with Jason the night of the murder.
Willow would be devastated, ending her relationship with Drew. Drew would finally face his comeuppance, and it would be worth waiting for!
