Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) walked out on Brook Lynn after the truth was exposed-he found himself asking more questions about that wreck the night there was to be a Quartermaine gathering.
Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) were to perform for some of the Quartermaine family who hadn’t seen their act, plus Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) was in attendance.
Earlier in the day, Chase had been perturbed by an off-hand comment from Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) that didn’t line up with Brook Lynn’s narrative of that night.
So, he proceeded to ask more questions-specifically of Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) who had been used by Brook Lynn to frame Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
He told Lucy, in a forceful manner, to change her testimony and also forced the truth out of her about what happened that night when Lucy and Brook Lynn were at the house.

What should have been a private conversation, although a contentious one, between Chase and Brook Lynn, exploded after Trina overheard it-she had gone to her apartment to pick up something and returned.
She accused Brook Lynn of leaving her father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan by the side of the road to die, having caused their accident-even though Jordan admitted she had her eyes off the road.
Tracy, of course, piped up with backing Brook Lynn, who said she didn’t know that there was a wreck, other than her sideswipe of the guardrail-she didn’t see or hear Jordan’s car collide or go off the road!

Tracy wants to save the Quartermaine name and reputation, because she knows Trina quitting the music business that was so well publicized affects Gio, and therefore the Quartermaines.
She makes a comment to Brook Lynn the episode that airs on Thursday, September 10, that “the spiral”, implying Chase’s spiral, may affect Brook Lynn and Phoebe Chase (Lucia and Luna Creighton).
The implications are that Brook Lynn doesn’t want to add lies on top of lies, and Tracy’s idea is more lies.
In the meantime, Chase ran straight to Willow, and possibly spent the night, since in the preview he’s wearing the same shirt he was when he talked to her at the gatehouse.
But whatever Tracy’s plan is, she proceeds without Brook Lynn’s agreement-and makes things even worse, possibly ending her granddaughter’s marriage for sure!
