Even though TJ and Molly did everything right, including going through a reputable organization, asking all the right questions, and letting their intuition pick the surrogate, that doesn’t mean a thing if Andrea is pulling a con. There is a very real black market for babies and Andrea may be working for such an organization.
Could it be that Andrea is planning to steal the baby and sell it for a huge profit, more than Molly and TJ have contracted to pay her?

If this is the case it also raises a huge quagmire in the form of Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi). Molly’s sister offered to be her surrogate but Molly turned her down fearing that she would make the situation all about her.
