General Hospital Spoilers: Three Juicy Storylines to Expect During February Sweeps!

General Hospital spoilers leak February Sweeps kicks off on the 29th and runs straight through February 25th — and rumors are starting to swirl about what we’re going to see happen during that time.
It looks like a little bit of a teaser this week for what’s to come, but Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) stroke scandal is far from the only juicy plotline headed our way. Some fans were a bit disappointed in what November Sweeps had to offer, so I’m hopeful that this Winter experience is going to bring more drama.
After that long trial with Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), we all need it. With several stories starting to warm and more in the pipeline, it looks like this February will bring something much darker than love to the table.
Drew is Locked In
It sounds pretty certain that Drew is going to be suffering from Locked In Syndrome — and it’s looking like Willow is going to be his caretaker.
If he wakes up remembering what she did injecting him with that drug just before he collapsed, then he’s likely to be scared to death.
He’s also probably going to start putting two and two together that she probably did shoot him. But should he be unable to communicate in any meaningful way, Willow is going to have the upperhand, and possibly for a very long time.
It sounds like February Sweeps is going to be full of darkness and joy for most fans who are very much over Drew and ready for him to get his.

Sonny Comes Through for Michael
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is bent on making sure Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) isn’t dragged through the mud over Drew’s shooting now that Willow has gone free.
But that likely means Sonny is going to be forced to pin this crime on someone else. Since he can’t ascertain that Willow did it, and she can’t be held accountable for it, he’ll have to give the PCPD and District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) a serious bone to throw them off Michael’s scent. Might that be framing someone like Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) for the deed?
Anna Devane’s Delusions
Last week, we saw Pascal (Marc Forget) send a nurse into Anna’s room and manage to convince her that she was Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
It’s unclear how they managed to pull that off, but it is likely that Anna is being managed with some sort of drug or mind control experiment. Given that someone pretending to be Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is now speaking to Anna over a speaker, it’s likely that she’s going to think she sees him soon too.
We can only hope that this means Hove is headed back to GH — even if he’s still dead. Expect to see Anna slowly losing her mind in weeks to come, and keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
