General Hospital spoilers tease Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is oblivious to what his uncle, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), is really up to, and he’s going to learn the truth the hard way far too late. The Cassadine men have a long history of letting their desires get the best of them. Few have made it through their adult lives without succumbing to their wants and forsaking their souls out of impatience and greed.
Spencer is no exception, despite his grandmother’s hope that he will be. He is eager to see to it that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is cut out of baby Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) life, but he’s not sure he has the nerve to play hard ball the way his uncle does and order Esme’s death.
General Hospital Spoilers — Eileen Ashby is Dead
It’s going to hit Spencer quite differently just how serious all of this is — and just how dangerous his uncle is — when he learns that Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) is dead. Sure, he didn’t really know the woman apart from her occasional accompaniment to his grandmother, but learning his uncle is the prime suspect in her death is going to send Spencer over the edge. Could Victor really have sent this woman over a bridge and into the river to drown?
GH Spoilers Hint Laura Lays It All Out
It’s high time that Laura finally tells her grandson the truth about his uncle. Victor isn’t just a black sheep in the Cassadine family; he’s a jilted and dangerous man who should be taken seriously. When Laura tells Spencer how she feels about Victor and some of the things he’s done, she’s only going to do so because she’s worried that he’s already sold his soul to his devilish uncle. Can she prevent Spencer from taking things too far and seriously harming Esme and his character in the process?
General Hospital Spoilers — It’s Too Late, Baby
Unfortunately for all parties involved, Laura is going to show up to this party far too late. Spencer has made a deal with Victor that pulled him into a much darker world than he was originally aware of. Victor preyed on Spencer’s lack of life experience and naivete. He knew what he was doing, and Spencer is going to recognize that now, but there’s no easy way out. Victor has set wheels in motion that will take Esme down, and the only way Spencer could possibly protect her is by turning himself in as Victor’s accomplice.
