General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny’s Jealousy Erupts Over Carly’s Involvement With Brennen!

General Hospital spoilers tease that at the moment Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is still happily involved with Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson). But Drew’s extended visit to Australia could cause that relationship to combust, leaving Carly alone once again.

But Mr. Brennen (Charlie Mason) seems quite taken with the former Mrs. Corinthos so Carly maybe soon find herself involved with the head of the WSB. If that happens, look for Sonny to seethe with jealousy.

Sonny didn’t seem a bit bothered when Carly was with Drew. That’s likely because Sonny doesn’t see Drew as any kind of threat to himself. But Brennen is another story.

As head of the WSB, Brennen is a powerful man. Should Carly get involved with Brennen, Sonny will likely be very vocal with his disapproval.

He would likely claim that Brennen is only interested in Carly to get to him. And while he might be right, it will certainly come off as jealousy. And since Sonny is currently married to someone else, it might seem a bit territorial to Carly who could easily ignore Sonny’s warnings.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos is happily married to Nina Reeves!

To make matters even more complicated, Sonny will likely soon find out that his new wife, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was the one who turned Carly into the SEC for Insider Trading.

Once Sonny discovers this fact it would likely not only cool off Sonny’s feelings for Nina, but might send him back in Carly’s orbit, since Carly is the one who Nina wronged. The best way to hurt Nina in Sonny’s mind is to show Carly some attention.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brennen is out to get Sonny Corinthos!

Brennen is out to get Sonny. He could pretend to have feelings for Carly, or perhaps he might fall for her for real. But either way, this is likely something that Sonny won’t tolerate.

Even if it means ending his marriage to Nina, Sonny will move heaven and earth if he believes Carly is at any kind of risk. And if she gets involved with Brennen, she might very well be in danger that only Sonny can save her from. This might lead to the long-awaited reconciliation between Sonny and Carly!
