General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is ready for a fresh start. As such, now that her Ferncliff nightmare is over, she’s ready to enter a new chapter in her life, which means she’s also very eager to leave Port Charles. She’s packed and roaring to go to Austin, Texas, but will this be the last fans see Sasha?

GH spoilers suggest that a new storyline is about to emerge. While Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) laid it out on the line to save Sasha from her nightmare, he has yet to truly lay everything out on the table.
GH Spoilers: Cody Did *Almost* Everything To Convince Sasha To Stay
During a recent episode, he caught Sasha packing up her apartment and tried to convince her to stay in Port Charles but didn’t really pull out all the stops.
At the end of the day, Cody has more than just “friendly” feelings for Sasha – even Ms. Gilmore must know this. No one just breaks into a mental facility to save someone they barely know because they believe in their innocence.
Still, while fans were hoping that Cody would ask Sasha to stay in town so they could explore a romance together, he did everything short of that. Will having her move out of Port Chuckles force him to go to the extreme?
GH Spoilers: Cody Goes Above & Beyond, One Last Time
Cody needs to tell Sasha he wants to give a relationship a go. He needs to make it clear that he wants a little more than friendship. He certainly doesn’t “expect” it, but Cody coming out of his comfort zone and telling Sasha that she can start a new chapter in Port Charles with him, might be exactly what she needs to hear to stop her from leaving.
Bell’s gone to the extremes before for Sasha, and he may do so again. Whether he declares his love for her right before she’s about to board the plane, or makes the trip to Austin, Texas to declare his love for her then (and drags her back home with him), this will be the key to opening up a romance between the two.
It’ll be the ‘thing” that turns these two “friends” into something more. It’ll also be the ‘thing’ that keeps Ms. Gilmore in Port Charles.
