‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Rocco the Runaway, Joss Ambushes Cassius, Brennan Injected Again
General Hospital spoilers reveal that the weekly promo video for May 18-22 has been released.
Fans should expect to see Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) go on the run, while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) ambushes Cassius Faison a.k.a. ‘Fake Nathan West’ (Ryan Paevey).

Lulu Spencer Prepares For The Worst
The General Hospital preview for the week of May 18 opens with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) organizing a quick getaway.
With passports in hand and two bags packed at her front door, she tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she’s, “… getting ready in case Rocco and I have to go out on the run.” Dante replies, “You will make my son a fugitive over my dead body.”
As the scenes shift in the promo, Rocco is seen with his passport in hand, alone in his living room; will he decide to skip town on his own?
Josslyn Jack’s Shocking Discovery (& Ambush)!
Over in the Wyndemere tunnels, Joss states, “I got myself into this room, I’m going to get myself out.” After she says this, Joss is seen moving her bed in her prison cell, when she sees a message on the wall that reads, ‘Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was held captive here. I was taken on 10.31.25.’
Josslyn is then shown knocking Cassius out with a chair as he enters her bedroom at Wyndemere, so will she escape her predicament?
Nina Reeves’ Assignment
As the General Hospital preview for the week of May 18 comes to a close, a scene shows a man’s hand – presumably Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes), trying to inject Brennan with some sort of medication. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is in Brennan’s hospital room, too, as she’s holding Brennan down, just as his hand jerks, which stuns Nina.
With that said, only a hand is shown in the promo, so there’s always a possibility that the hand belongs to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
The last scene in the video is of Jonathan Bennett, who is slated to debut his “Detective Joe Fitzpatrick” character this week. The new PCPD cop is at the station, as he gives someone a smirk.
