General Hospital Spoilers: Rebecca Budig Teases Return with Picture of Jophielle Love?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that alum Rebecca Budig (Hayden Barnes) just set the rumor mill of fire by posting a pic of her and onscreen daughter Jophielle Love (Violet Finn) to her Insta. Hopeful fans interpret her post as a tease that she’s returning to the show!
Let’s break down why Hayden may be coming back to GH, although this is pure speculation at this point—neither the show nor Budig have confirmed a return.
General Hospital spoilers: Is Rebecca Budig Returning?
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is Violet’s father and she would love her parents to reunite. Right now she is being mothered by Hayden’s sister Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) who is involved in a non-fan fave coupling with Finn.
So it would bring the drama for Hayden to come home and want to pick up being Violet’s mom after abandoning her. Violet would likely not see the harm, but Elizabeth could be threatened by her sister’s reappearance in Finn and Violet’s lives.
GH Spoilers: Is Hayden Returning?
Complicating matters, Finn has been slapped with a lawsuit. He is being sued for malpractice for not correctly diagnosing a patient who ended up dying of stage four cancer.
As is to be expected, Finn’s world is turned upside down. Additionally, his father Harrison Chase (Gregory Harrison) is battling ALS. Maybe Hayden chooses to come back to Port Charles to support Finn in his time of need?

Dovetailing with all of the juicy plot points going on in Violet and Finn’s lives right now, it is curious that Budig posted a photo of her and Love. The two are on the floor and Love has a bearded dragon on her.

Yes I would love to see Hayden return. Now would be a good time with Finns troubles.. please let him beat the law suit. Doctors are human too, everyone makes mistakes. He is a loving caring doctor.
