General Hospital Spoilers: Panicked Nina Turns to Jack – Will She Confess to Pushing Drew?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease panicky Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will need help from Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) in an upcoming episode of the ABC soap.
Will she confess pushing Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into the lake by the Quartermaine boathouse, having warned Jack in a message there may be something she couldn’t take back?
Drew Spoke To Nina, That’s What Freaked Her Out!
Drew spoke to Nina, and that’s what freaked her out-when it was just him and her alone on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse, he asked her if she’d gotten bad news.
This, in a taunting manner, after Nina got a call from Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) that Jack was sending her and her children overseas with new identities, and would do so for Nina too.
This was because his WSB secure safe “black box” wasn’t in Wyndemere, meaning the leverage they had to keep Drew quiet about Willow’s crimes was gone with it!
It was interesting that Drew kept his ability to speak a secret from his daughter, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) who was practicing competitive swimming in the lake and had done well.
But when he and Nina were alone on the deck, that’s when he piped up-and paid dearly, because she pushed him in the lake, still strapped in his wheelchair!
Drew May Be Saved From Drowning, But Will Nina Stick Around To Find Out?
Drew may be saved from drowning, but will Nina stick around to find out? In the preview video for Monday, July 27, Nina is shown looking down into the water, and continuing to scream and wail, as inside the Quartermaine mansion, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is told to take another swim.
It’s Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) who tells Gio to take another swim before he leaves, and he’s a lifeguard, usually at the Metro Court Pool.
Nina may continue to stick around and wail as she sees no bubbles, no movement, as Drew is strapped to that heavy wheelchair and may not be able to free himself.
Even though he wiggles fingers and talks, he may not be able to do that-and Nina may feel she has to have a cover story.
Nina May Leave Before Gio Gets There, Assuming Drew Is Drowned
Nina may leave before Gio gets there, assuming Drew is drowned-and calls for Jack’s help to help with finding the missing Drew-she may confess she pushed him to his drowning death.
It’s a feasible story that the wheelchair brakes failed and she couldn’t stop the forward movement of the wheelchair with him in it, and he’s probably down at the bottom.
Chances are, the wheelchair is at the bottom but Drew will no longer be in it-or, she knows Gio saves him and Nina needs help from Jack because Drew can speak!
But one thing for sure that Nina will tell Jack-and that’s that Drew was talking. How are they going to keep him from “singing like a canary” and telling all Willow’s and Nina’s sordid secrets?
