She’s riding a high wave, but with Oliva Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) recently extending an olive branch by helping her plan her wedding to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) these two ladies are bound to become friends.

Being a mother and having a relationship with her biological daughter is something Reeves has wanted for years.
She never got that opportunity with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and having Willow in her life offers Nina the second chance she’s been looking for.
Still, that SEC secret continues to hover over Nina’s head. She knows all too well that when the truth comes out, she’ll lose Sonny and likely any more chances with Willow.

Olivia is still on the fence about Nina. She offered to help plan her wedding to keep her mind off Ned’s “Eddie Maine” issues and his amnesia.
Plus, she’s still tight with Sonny, so she isn’t worried that Carly will be upset with her. Still, the fact that Ms. Q has gone from disdain to being civil and now helping Reeves plan her wedding hints that these women could bond over organizing wedding menus, flowers, and first-dance songs.
They may even become friends or *gasp* besties in the process. As the two women get closer, fans should expect the show to tease just how disappointed Olivia would be if she ever learned that Reeves lied to her or others, again. Ms. Quartermaine will become another factor in just how desperate Nina becomes to keep her SEC secret covered.

Don’t feel Nina/Olivia will become buddies. Olivia needs a distraction and helping to plan the wedding will provide that distraction. Olivia hasn’t forgotten Nina’s NF decision not to tell Sonny’s loved ones he was alive and well. If the two become close it will really be the reveal of reveals.
