General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Reeves Gets A “Second Chance” With Amelia Corinthos

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Willow Tait (Katelynn MacMullen) may “loosen” the restrictions she has on bio mom Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as she continues to decline. Willow wants to ensure her children are surrounded by family, especially in her absence, and there’s a good chance she’ll give Reeves the “okay” for visitation rights when it comes to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Owen and Nathan Ford).

Nina has yearned for a mother-daughter relationship for ions now. She was too late to establish that bond with both her twin daughters, but will she be given a second chance with little Amelia?

GH spoilers imply there’s a good chance that Willow will pass very soon. She’s hanging on to life by a thread at this point. Nina will be devastated when her other daughter dies. She was given another chance to bond with a child of her own, and fate will snatch that away from her, again.

But there’s a glimmer of hope in the form of Amelia. Tait will likely make amends with Reeves before she passes, opening a door for Nina to establish a real relationship with the baby girl. While Nina loves Wiley and has a special bond with him, the unique friendship that she’ll form with her granddaughter will help ease the pain and grief from losing her daughter too soon.

Reeves can be a bit of a pill at times, and she has stirred the pot in the past. However, losing Willow will change Nina even more. She’ll realize she has a second chance to form a true biological bond with her granddaughter; one she was never able to have with Willow or Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). She’ll be fiercely protective of Amelia, but also be a “hands-on” grandmother. Nina will likely place both Wiley and his sister at the top of her priorities list. Michael will support the entire thing because it’ll be one of Willow’s dying wishes; however, will Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) be okay with all the time Nina is taking up with “her” granddaughter?
