GH spoilers for the week of May 20 reveal that Jason and Carly will deal with a crisis. Fans recall that Jason found Sonny beating Dex after Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) wedding.
Jason restrained Sonny so Dex could get away. As Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) swooped Dex out of there, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) walked into a terrifying situation.

During the week of May 20, Jason will tell Carly what happened with Sonny. Carly will be in utter disbelief. Carly knows Sonny isn’t the same, but never imagined he would go to this level.
It is teased that Dex will have to make a difficult decision. It’s possible that Dex will have to decide whether to have Sonny arrested or not. Either way, Dex will still be a sitting duck until Sonny realizes his meds are the problem.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 20 reveal that Kristina collapses after Jason, Dex, and Sonny leave. Alison “Blaze” Rogers-Ramirez (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) kneels down to console Kristina.
Blaze urges Kristina to go to the hospital. While there is concern that Kristina’s horror could lead to a miscarriage, it seems the baby will be okay for now.
Once TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) finds out what happened, he might become even more controlling of Kristina until the baby is born. This could also put Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) in a tough spot.
Speaking of Sonny, he turns to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). With Dante vowing not to give Sonny any more passes, he will issue one final warning.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) confronts Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) in the hospital. Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) apologizes to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has her day in court.
