General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks are here! From March 24 to April 4, 2025, fans can expect Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) to clash with Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Nina Reeves’ Leverage
During the week of March 24, expect Nina to land in some hot water. After snooping in Drew Cain Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) safe, Nina has some serious explaining to do.
While Drew and Willow both blow up at Nina, she might have found enough intel to blow the congressman’s life to hell.
There’s a good chance that Nina has leverage on Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). That connects with Nina having a little chat with Portia later in the week. That might also explain why Portia was peering into Drew’s medical file last week. However, expect Willow to blow up at Nina instead of thanking her.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine Interrogated
Next week, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) interrogates Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) suddenly went back to Bensonhurst, the matriarch may wonder what’s really going on.
Meanwhile, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has a new plan. As for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she makes an admission.
While Lulu knows that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is BLQ’s baby daddy, it seems she keeps that quiet – for now. Lulu might tell someone else about her secret, though.
Ezra Boyle’s Clash
Over with Ezra, he clashes with the mayor. Meanwhile, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) gets more spiteful with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
It seems Ava threatens her enemy, then Kristina regrets her actions. So, does Kristina physically attack her enemy?
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) opens up to Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). This is likely about Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) risky romance with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) grills Sasha. Could this have something to do with Sasha suddenly having a big savings for the baby? Even though Sasha isn’t supposed to say anything about the deal with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), could Felicia connect the dots?
Week of March 31, 2025
General Hospital spoilers for the next 2 weeks reveal that Marco (Adrian Anchondo) heads to Wyndemere. It seems pretty likely that Marco is the son of Sidwell and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).
However, Lucas is already falling for Marco, so this could get messy and complicated, perhaps even deadly.
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), it seems he’s a ticking time bomb if he doesn’t deal with his health issues.
A regular person might be able to put off the pacemaker for a few months, but Sonny has more stress than the average man, so stay tuned.
