General Hospital Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Dalton’s Curveball, Nathan Investigates, Gio Confesses

General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks suggest some twists! From November 17 to 28, fans can expect there to be a twist in Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) story.

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) investigates. Plus, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) makes a confession, but not to the police. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Britt Westbourne vs Emma Scorpio-Drake

Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s discuss what is coming from November 17 to 21. Fans can expect Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to face off with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

In a preview clip, Emma tries to walk away, but Britt yanks her back. Britt won’t let her go until they get a few things straight.

Meanwhile, Gio will confess to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). That could have BLQ turning to both Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as well as her detective husband. Dante will be furious, the important thing right now is to clear Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) name. 

Britt will also give Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) an ultimatum.

Laura Collins’ Confrontation

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) declares in front of reporters that Dalton is a liar. That could affect her political career, but the mayor has always put family first. It seems logical that with Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) report to Sidwell, the villain could get rid of Dalton. It’s also possible that Laura could be framed for the crime. 

Week of November 17, 2025

Britt will also get questioned by Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).  Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) turns to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Later, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) quizzes Carly.

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) introduces Sonny to Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell). It will be interesting to see how the mob boss reacts to Michael’s new girlfriend. 

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) investigates to help Willow. At some point in the week, the detective has an update for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Week of November 24

General Hospital spoilers for next 2 weeks reveal that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) could race home from France to check on Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Once Ned wakes up, he will tell everyone that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) left him lying lifeless on the ground. 

Meanwhile, Britt could get closer to Jason. However, what does the future hold for Rocco now that he’s facing trial?

There should also be some Thanksgiving scenes coming up. That means family get-togethers and memories. However, it could also mean some drama, so stay tuned!
