General Hospital spoilers report Natalia Ramierz (Eva LaRue) may have been caught off guard when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) stepped inside of Pozzulo’s and interrupted her almost-intimate moment with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
But Carly’s forwardness wasn’t the alarming part that jarred Natalia. Rather, she left with her head spinning wondering why it was her who got tossed out as Carly’s needs took precedence in Sonny’s world.
Rumor has it Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is going to download Natalia with the backstory on Sonny and Carly soon, and we have to imagine Natalia is going to take it on as a challenge.
She’s clearly interested in Sonny in more than just a friendly way, so will she take it lying down when he claims he’s back together with the ex-wife he was so clearly annoyed by?

Natalia is still the new girl on the block. But she took Sonny’s offer to help her out with a positon at Deception as an in-road with him. They were already friends — the kind who had been on a couple of loosely formed dates.
She thought this was going somewhere. So finding out he’s been going in a different direction with Carly is going to leave her more confused than ever.
Will she put two and two together and recognize that it’s all for show? Will Sonny be that honest with her? Probably not, but someone else might be — someone like Lucy.
