General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate the flirty friendliness between Mr. John Brennan (Charles Mesure) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may slowly wind down.
Not only does he know she has a boyfriend and isn’t letting up, but she also recently found out he was the Director of the WSB; a tidbit he failed to pass along.
Still, he’s charming enough to remind Carly that he can’t just tell everyone and anyone that he’s the head honcho at the big spy organization due to “security” and all. With that being said, will he do something else that has Ms. Spencer running for the hills?

GH spoilers hint that Carly’s made it very clear that she’s dating someone, yet, Brennan continues to push the idea of a romance. He also has made it very obvious that he’s attracted to her. Carly finds this all flattering, after all, Brennan is easy on the eyes and seems like an interesting person to get to know.
But at the same time, a man should get the hint about when to back off, and considering their acquaintance-like relationship, he has not. With Christmas merely days away, could Brennan do something that freaks Carly out?

GH spoilers for the Friday, December 22nd episode imply that Carly’s in for a big surprise. Could the WSB director have a grand Christmas gift sent to her? He may personally deliver said present.
As he’s clearly someone who doesn’t take “no” for an answer (and rarely hears the word), he may decide the best way to get to Ms. Spencer is something over-the-top. You know, “go big or go home”.
But as Carly now knows he’s the Director of the WSB, getting a massive gift won’t impress her, it’ll likely do the opposite. She’s with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but fans can see she’s a tad smitten with the new stranger to Port Charles.
Brennan likely won’t know that Carly knows “who he is” when he gives her the gift, so the entire plan could blow up in his face.
