GH fans took to the thread to share their thoughts. Most of them expressed their dismay over the constant mob storylines. They would like the daytime soap to focus on the families or the corporation wars. Even the drama involving Crimson Magazine is more interesting than seeing the mob business thrive.
The General Hospital spoilers reveal that most fans are excited about Jason’s return. They can’t wait to see him back in the circuit again. In January 2024, Burton teased his return during the show’s 60th Anniversary Special.

Jason Morgan’s return date is March 4, 2024, according to the General Hospital spoilers. He played the character from 1991 until his 2012 exit. Burton returned to the show in 2017 but was fired in 2021 after he refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine due to religious reasons.
Initially, Burton claimed to be done with the show. However, he teased a subsequent return in previous social media posts.
Despite his departure, Burton shared that he would be willing to return once the vaccine mandate was over. The actor felt it was important to “return and finish my career as Jason Morgan.”
Burton later joined the cast of Days of Our Lives in 2023. He reprised the role of Harris Michael. Burton then announced his departure from the show on January 4, 2024. He then revealed his plans to return to General Hospital the day after.
