General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) have an extremely complicated relationship. When they first met, they had no idea that they were mother and daughter.
Nina has spent 20 years in a coma and gave birth to twins. Nina wasn’t even sure if her baby survived let alone that she had twins.
Nina never ever had a chance to form a relationship with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), her other daughter. But Nina’s relationship with Willow was contentious from the beginning.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves has tried to make amends!
Once they discovered their relationship, Willow was married to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Michael had his own reasons for disliking Nina.
So much so that Michael actually blackmailed Nina into limiting her time with Nina. Michael threatened to tell the world that Nina anonymously tipped off the SEC to the fact that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) committed insider trading.
When Willow found out she was furious with Michael and she once again cut Nina out of her life. Michael and Willow finally worked out their differences and reconciled.
GH Spoilers – Drew Cain made a big impression on Willow Tait
Willow has a great amount of respect for Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) because he risked his life to find Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) who was the bone marrow doner Willow needed when she had leukemia.
Ever since, Drew and Willow have been extremely close. Drew also went to prison because of the insider trading situation, so he held Nina responsible for months. But Drew has shown signs of forgiveness to Nina and Willow decided she could likely do the same.
General Hosptial Spoilers – Michael Corinthos still hates Nina Reeves
Even though Willow may be willing to mend fences with Nina, that doesn’t mean that Michael will do the same. If he was willing to blackmail Nina before to limit Willow’s time with Nina, chances are he won’t be happy now.
Michael and Willow could end up on opposite sides with Michael arguing that he doesn’t want Nina around their children. But Willow is much more forgiving that Michael. This could be the beginning of a huge rift forming between the happy couple.
