Maurice Benard Shares This Hint About Joss

Maurice, who is best known for his role as Sonny Corinthos on the hit ABC soap, recently took to his Instagram account to share what he really thinks about his character’s former stepdaughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and how she’s trying to do everything she can to destroy his life right now.

Of course, it wasn’t always like this.

They were once a happy family with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), but it seems like those days are long gone. Or maybe not?

Just recently, Maurice shared a reel in which Joss can be seen sharing a very sentimental moment with Sonny and Carly by her side.

The actor even captioned it with, “Miss the days where Joss loved Sonny and Sonny, Carly, Michael, Joss, and Jason were a unit.”

In other words, many fans miss the Corinthos family, and it seems like Maurice is no different.

However, Josslyn’s determination to take Sonny down has already put her on a dangerous path.

Whether or not that changes remains to be seen.

If Joss realizes that Sonny wasn’t responsible for the Pentonville attack everyone is blaming him for, she might change her mind.

After all, the family has survived plenty of drama over the years, and there’s always the possibility that Joss might eventually remember the man who helped raise her.

What’s Next for Sonny?

But then again, we are talking about the same Joss who just happens to be Carly’s daughter.

There’s just no changing her mind once it’s made up, right?

And considering that Josslyn has already made it clear she wants Sonny to pay for the Pentonville violence, it certainly won’t be easy to convince her that she’s wrong.

Now, whether or not Joss will ever change her mind and talk to Sonny like she did back in the day remains to be seen.

Right now, though, it looks like she’s hellbent on making sure that he suffers and will make it happen one way or another.

And with Josslyn facing dangerous consequences of her own, her determination to bring Sonny down could end up creating even more trouble.

Then again, GH fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what happens next.

I have to agree with Maurice on this one. I miss the days when Sonny, Carly, Jason, Michael, and Josslyn actually felt like a family!

I’m getting tired of watching everyone turn their backs on Sonny, especially when he didn’t order the attack they’re blaming him for.

Josslyn is so determined to believe the worst about Sonny that she doesn’t seem willing to consider anything else.

And let’s not forget, Sonny was a huge part of her life for years. You’d think that history would count for something.

I’d love to see Joss finally learn the truth and realize how wrong she’s been. Maybe then we could get some of those wonderful family moments back.
