General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas Embraces His Dark Side – Wants Revenge For Julian?
General Hospital spoilers tease that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is finally back in Port Charles. He spent a few years away after dealing with some incredible pain. Lucas was married to Brad Cooper (Perry Shen) and they planned to adopt a baby.
But everything changed the night the baby arrived. Lucas was still working but Brad was home when he realized the baby had died. He had a bit of a breakdown when Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) showed up with a terrible plan.
General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper was involved in a baby swap
Nelle convinced Brad to switch babies with her. She gave birth to Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) baby, but she wanted to punish Michael, so she suggested she take the baby who had passed away and gave her son to Brad. Brad and Lucas raised Michael’s baby for over a year.
But then then truth came out and Lucas had to give Michael his son back. Not only that, but he dumped Brad. Brad then spent several months in prison. A few months later, Lucas left town. He returned briefly earlier this year for Bobbie Spencer’s (Jaclyn Zeman) funeral. But that was his only visit until his most recent return.
GH Spoilers – Lucas Jones is back
Lucas is the biological son of Julian Jerome (last played by William Devries), a known mobster who had ties to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Julian got in so deep with Cyrus that he had to hand deliver the bomb that destroyed the Floating Rib and put Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) in a coma.
Eventually, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) caught up with Julian, who Sonny shot and apparently killed. Lucas and Julian had a contentious relationship, but there were some good memories.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucas Jones may want revenge on Sonny Corinthos
Lucas was quite interested in the fact that Sonny and his sister Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may have reconciled. He’s made it clear that he doesn’t think Carly should be involved with Sonny again.
But perhaps that’s because he’s planning some sort of revenge against Sonny. Just because he wasn’t close with Julian doesn’t mean that Lucas didn’t care for his father. He may even find himself embracing some of Julian’s darker impulses.
