General Hospital spoilers strongly suggest that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) might have a huge lawsuit on his hands. Keep reading below for all the details you need to know.
Key Takeaways
- Jason may consider taking legal action involving Scout.
- Drew could face a fierce fight if Jason challenges him.
- Alexis may have an even stronger argument for visitation.
- Jason’s mob exit could help him make the case that he’s changed.
Jason Might Have A Huge Lawsuit On His Hands
There’s a very good chance that Jason could sue for guardianship of Scout. Of course, this doesn’t mean that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) wouldn’t fight it, but the possibility certainly is there.
Also, Scout is just 15 and she could certainly use someone like Jason in her life right now. Not only that, but it would also help Alexis, as she would want access to her grandchild as well. Heck, even Alexis could be a part of the lawsuit, too.
But at the same time, does Jason even have a shot? It’s not like he’s a role model when it comes to being a father to his own kids, right? However, with that in mind, Jason is out of the mob now and does want to change his wrongs into rights. This might be the first step towards that.
Clearly, many GH viewers certainly did have a lot to say about where this storyline is headed.
Some even commented with, “New York has a law that gives grandparents visitation rights. I think Alexis will do the filing and I hope it is soon.”
What’s Next For Jason?
Another critic of the soap wrote, “Jason barely has a relationship with his own kids. He’d be laughed out of court with how little connection he has with Scout. Alexis is the one who needs to be suing. Not even for custody, but visitation at the very least.”
And then there was this comment as well: “New York has grandparents’ rights, and they’re for situations exactly like this one where the surviving parent is keeping the child away from a grandparent who was an active part of her life prior to her mother’s death.”
“Alexis actually has an extremely good case for visitation, I don’t know why she, an accomplished attorney, isn’t going for it.”
Then again, GH fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
