General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Vows To Help Britt Find Another Treatment

General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) reunion didn’t quite go the way that Jason expected.

Jason was shocked to learn that Britt was furious with him for a lot of different reasons. First of all, since Jason first spotted Britt in Paris, she was upset that now she wouldn’t be able to make another trip there anytime soon since it was so easy to recognize her.

Jason Morgan faked his death for Carly Spencer

Not only that, but when Jason recounted the story of his faked death and return, Britt was appalled to learn that Jason pretended to be dead in order to protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Britt has come second to Carly before when it comes to Jason, so this only reinforced her anger toward him. In addition, she was angry that Jason let her believe he was dead for over a year before her own faked demise. But all may not be as it seems.

Britt Westbourne needs a mysterious medication

Although all the details haven’t yet been revealed, it’s clear that Britt had help with her own faked death. It’s not even clear if she had any part in it or if she was someone else’s pawn the whole time. Whoever revived Britt seems to have made some kind of agreement with her.

Her mysterious boss seems to have a medication that allows Britt to stay in remission from Huntington’s Disease.

But he is only providing Britt with a dose at a time, meaning if she doesn’t want to die a slow and agonizing death, she has to remain at The Five Poppies.

Jason Morgan learns the truth

Even though Britt has made it clear that Jason needs to leave Croatia, he’s not going anywhere. He believes Britt is being held against her will. And in a way he’s correct.

Britt knows if she leaves with Jason, she will no longer have access to the medication keeping her alive. Perhaps Jason will finally coax this information out of Britt.

He may then vow to help Britt find another source for her life-saving meds. But can he really do that? Surely, if Britt’s boss can create the formula, then so can someone else.

But can Britt trust Jason to keep his word this time, or will she fear that somehow Jason will once again choose Carly over her?
