An Australian Connection
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Jacinda spent some time in Australia in 2025. After Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) paid her off to drug and seduce Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), the woman headed there but only spent a few months there and returned to PC.
Could she have met Ethan while she was there? Did the two fall in love? Did Ethan realize that Jacinda came from Port Charles, a place he calls home? Could they have concocted a plan to con a “rich man” out of his fortune? Jacinda’s story was that she spent all the money that Nina gave her, which may have been true.
Still, it’s more than odd that Jacinda latched on to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) almost instantly upon her return to the little town.
Jacinda is nice, but has a shady, con artist past. Meanwhile, Ethan, too, is a great guy, but known for his con artist ways. In fact, he’s also known for running out of funds and going from con to con to earn a living.
The Delilah Wilson Factor
In addition, it’s hard to ignore the weird messages that Jacinda has received in the past and her sketchy behavior. Meanwhile, fans have come to learn that the person Ethan was hoping to meet at the pier was Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone). Perhaps Delilah is a pawn in this scheme, or even a love interest of Ethan’s … but that’s another blog in itself to talk about!
If the instructions were for Jacinda to latch on to a rich man, Ethan may not have realized that said rich man was Michael, the son of his father, Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary), best friend, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Plus, Michael is his cousin, too.
Maybe Ethan has returned to Port Charles to clean up Jacinda’s mess, or to help her finish the job.
Maybe Jacinda has genuinely fallen for Michael and is backing out of their deal? Regardless, Ethan’s reason for coming to town could be linked to the escort and the past they share.
