General Hospital spoilers say that when it comes to Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), is he really entitled to the Quartermaine family possessions? Here’s what we know so far.
Is Drew Entitled To The Quartermaine Family Possessions?
Apparently, Drew stole the possessions simply because he never owned them in the first place. And just because he is family, that doesn’t mean that he is entitled to any of the family heirlooms.
That’s mostly because no one in the Quartermaine family even knew he existed in the first place! And just because Drew is a Congressman, that doesn’t give him the right to take wha’ts not his.
Of course, many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “It’s almost like the Drew storyline revolves around brainstorming how to show him ticking off at least two different people per day. This is just one more silly example like when he tried to have the family crypt bulldozed.”
General Hospital Spoilers: What’s New For Drew?
“The character of Drew is becoming so repetitive, petty, and predictable. Characters move on from GH and never return. It’s time for the character of Drew to move on.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “It was illegal to intercept the delivery truck and take the contents. As far as who was entitled to them, if anything that belonged to Monica was mentioned in the will, that person should get them.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Drew thinks he’s entitled because he’s Alan’s son, and that Monica liked him for a while. Let’s not forget that Austin tried to town seeking his Quartermaine share and gave up and moved on with his life.”
“Drew simply needs to move on and change his last name to Moore and acknowledge Heather as family at this point.”
It goes without saying that General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

Even though Drew is supposedly a Q by birth right, I don’t feel due to his hatred toward the family he is entitled to anything Q. Plus, he had no right to have the Q property forwarded to his home. Writers need to stop having Drew interfere with everything Q and allow the character to move on from his hatred but wanted respect from the family he dislikes. Perhaps he too, needs mental attention.
