General Hospital spoilers hint Heather Webber (Alley Mills), Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) are about to bust loose from Spring Ridge and never intend to look back. However, getting out of dodge won’t be as easy as Heather has planned when Ryan relays his plans for their big excursion. While Heather has been looking forward to getting out of Port Charles as quickly as possible, Ryan is keen on sticking around for a little while.

What might Esme think about that, given that her demeanor ever since she washed up on the Haunted Star with hypothermia was that of an anxious girl who is worried about making the wrong decisions and trusting the wrong people. Consistency is going to matter to Esme, especially at a time like this when she’s about to become a mother. Will her own only fuel those feelings of instability and she and Ryan battle over their game plan?

Will Esme be aware when she leaves Spring Ridge with them that they are her birth parents? Maybe, maybe not. It’s impossible to know how she will react to that information, and she may not be keen on believing them either. After all, Esme hasn’t known who she can really trust all this time, and she’s so worried about putting her faith in the wrong person who could steer her in a dangerous direction.

Unfortunately for Heather and Esme, Ryan has designs on making sure he bids farewell to the loves of his life — Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). When he refuses to part ways with Port Chuck without seeing both of them first, Heather will be furious, but she doesn’t have much room to argue with the man.

She still fears him, and she knows he will be more cooperative with the plans she has ahead if she complies with what he wants right now. Still, his risky moves could jeopardize their entire plan to get out of town without being caught.

This family of fugitives will hit another snag in their plan when Esme goes into labor prematurely before they ever make it out of town.
