General Hospital spoilers spill Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) was eager to get his doctor’s word that a month wasn’t too long for him to wait for his son and future daughter-in-law to get hitched.
Gregory wants nothing more than to be truly present for their big day, and able to participate in it like most anyone else would be.
With his doc’s go-ahead green-lighting the big event, Gregory is more apt to look forward to it and trust that he’ll be able to swing it and dance with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) after she marries into the family.
But as the coming weeks bring an advancement in Gregory’s condition, he may be left reeling and worried that his health will fail before he can see Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) say I do.
General Hospital Spoilers — What a Relief!
Gregory was so relieved to hear his doctor tell him he didn’t expect severely worsening symptoms in the next month. There is nothing the guy wants more than to watch his son marry the love of his life — and enjoy their happy day without being a total distraction to everyone else attending it.
Not into being a spectacle, Gregory’s anxiety has been mounting as he worries his ability to move about the wedding or dance will soon be in question by more people than just himself. He doesn’t want Chase to be worried about anything other than his happy bride on that momentous occasion.
GH Spoilers Tease Gregory Withdraws
Sadly, rumor has it in the weeks ahead that Gregory’s condition will begin to deteriorate rapidly. There is little hope in sight for a romantic interlude with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) or anything more than would spark some joy in Gregory’s life.
The time he has left to spend with his family in any coherent capacity is soon going to come to pass, and his sons will be left to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives — the last thing Gregory wanted.
Thus, instead of burdening them, he will likely attempt to hide his worsening symptoms. Can he really pull that off? Maybe with Tracy’s help?
General Hospital Spoilers — Here Comes the Bride
When the big day finally arrives, it may take an act of God to keep Gregory on his feet and in good spirits. Constantly worried that something could happen that would land all eyes in attendance on him instead of the happy couple, he may even seek to remove himself from the equation.
We’re hopeful this means merely sidestepping the wedding, although that would leave Chase and Brook Lynn quite distraught. But a more permanent means of removing himself from their lives would wreck everyone involved.
