‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gio’s Shock, Nina & Brennan’s Cover-Up, Scout Stunned
General Hospital spoilers suggest the preview video for the week of July 27-31 has been dropped. Fans can expect to see Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) make a shocking discovery, while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) concoct a cover-up. Plus, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) is stunned.

Jack Brennan Helps Nina Reeves
General Hospital’s promo for the week of July 27 starts by replaying what went down during the close of the Friday, July 24 episode when Nina pushed Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) off the dock and into the lake.
As fans may recall, Drew spoke to Nina, which triggered her. After all, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) had just called, saying she and the kids were going to leave town as Brennan’s black case was gone, and she had no blackmailing evidence against Drew.
As last week’s clip is shown, Brennan can be heard on the voiceover saying, “You pushed Drew’s wheelchair into the lake …”
A scene is immediately shown after Brennan says this, as Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) states, “I’m sorry, what?”
Chase is with Phoebe Wilson (Lucia and Luna Creighton) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) at the Metro Court Pool. BLQ is likely telling Chase what happened at the Q boathouse, in the aftermath of it all, and the cop will be stunned.
Gio Palmieri Saves The Day
As the General Hospital preview continues, Nina is shown pleading with Brennan to help her cover what she did to Drew. The two are then at the Q boathouse, with Gio. It’s dark, and Gio tells Nina and Brennan that he found ‘him’, as Brennan asks the young lifeguard where Drew is now.
As scenes shift, Gio is then heard saying, “Guys, you are not going to believe this,” as a collage of clips comes across the screen.
Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is shown first, at the hospital, and she looks completely taken aback. Then Trina Robinson (Tabyani Ali) is revealed, at the Metro Court Pool, and she’s caught off guard by what she’s told.
Scout Cain Horrified
As the General Hospital promo for the week of July 27 wraps up, Scout walks through a door and says, “Dad?” The girl has a slightly confused look on her face.
Lastly, it’s dark, and Willow is on the floor in her house, looking for something. She’s interrupted by someone, and looks terrified when she realizes who it is.
