Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) explodes in anger, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has fearful regrets, and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) an emotional reveal.
General Hospital Spoilers: Explosive Anger
On New Year’s Eve, Ned is dressed in a tux, and obviously out celebrating New Years’ Eve when he explodes in anger as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) looks upset.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also looks upset when Ned explodes with a terrible truth-he shouts he knows exactly why Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) went to Pentonville! Previously, Michael had gone to him and thought he had the problem of Ned’s revealing Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was the SEC whistleblower handled.
Nina had gone to Michael for help when Ned blackmailed her with exposing her if she didn’t get corporate secrets about Michael’s and Drew’s company, Aurora Media for him.
Michael then wouldn’t lose his own leverage over Nina, with which he is controlling her access to her daughter and grandchildren, but thanks to Ned the secret will be out anyway!
GH Spoilers: Fearful Regrets
Elsewhere, Sonny and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) have fearful regrets and misgivings as they talk about a family problem over a meal. Alexis is afraid the situation will tear the whole family apart, and they must be talking about the surrogacy situation.
In a strange and twisted family tree, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is Sonny and Alexis’ daughter and her half-sister half-cousin Molly Lansing-Davis (Kirsten Vaganos) is Sonny’s niece and Alexis’ daughter.
Kristina is donating her eggs and her body to be the surrogate for Molly and her domestic partner TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) to have a baby. Alexis is fearful that things could happen down the line that could tear the two sisters apart forever-so many things could go wrong with this scenario!
General Hospital Spoilers: Emotional Reveal
Elsewhere, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) looks sad and Sonny is serious while Nina tells someone if anyone tells Sonny about the secret they should be beaten!
Nina unknowingly makes a confession of her SEC report to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) praying priest, but later he makes a confession to her! Later, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) has a slip of the tongue-probably to Lois about the subject of Ned’s angry outburst.
Lois, a lifelong close friend of both Olivia and Sonny, makes an emotional reveal to Sonny at the New Year’s Eve Party. She tells Sonny he has a right to know what’s going on-and the scandalous secret is revealed!
