General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Takes the Quartermaine Mansion from Ronnie Following Monica's Will Twist?

General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) might purchase the Quartermaine mansion from Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) following the reading of Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and the other loved ones of Monica are in for a surprise regarding who will end up with the Quartermaine residence.

The Will Reading Will Bring Some Shocks And Surprising News

The upcoming will reading is poised to deliver some unexpected revelations, indicating that Ronnie is likely to inherit the house.

This is particularly evident now that Ronnie has hinted that Tracy may not be entitled to all that she believes she deserves! Ronnie appears quite self-satisfied – as if she might be aware that the will has been manipulated in her favor, ensuring she receives the mansion rather than Tracy or anyone else.

Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) discovered a letter from Ronnie to Monica lying on the floor of Drew’s residence, yet Drew genuinely seemed unaware of its significance.

He dismissed it as mere scrap paper that the kids had taken from the Q manse long ago, given that they had scribbled all over it.

Martin Vowed To Make Tracy Pay – This Might Be How It Happens

Martin had earlier promised to make Tracy suffer and it appears he has discovered a method to fulfill that promise.

From Martin’s enigmatic phone call recently, it’s clear he was the one who brought Ronnie to Port Charles after Monica’s passing.

At this stage, it seems evident that Ronnie and Martin are collaborating, suggesting he will likely manipulate events to ensure she inherits the Quartermaine estate. Nevertheless, we are aware that Erika Slezak won’t be around for an extended period.

This is merely a short storyline for Slezak in GH, meaning Ronnie might not hold onto the Quartermaine mansion for very long.

What If Ronnie Sells The Mansion?

It’s possible that Martin’s deceit might be uncovered swiftly, but what if Ronnie opts to sell the Q residence instead? Could Drew take the opportunity to purchase it and deliver a significant revenge blow to the Quartermaine family? Drew’s been banned  from the Quartermaine estate and was also thrown out of Monica’s funeral; this could motivate Drew to acquire the Q mansion for himself and evict anyone who has wronged him.

Drew might receive news about Ronnie’s new ownership of the estate and present her with an irresistible offer.

Ronnie could then retire to a tropical island with a fortune while Drew establishes himself as the ruler of the manor!

Just the rumor has me so disgusted that I won’t watch to find out. The writers demonstrated their disdain for the fans by making it appear that Drew (as we know him) would be gone, only to keep him just as despicable as he had become. I’ve watched since the 60s but I’m done.

Truly gifted writers could write villains that we love to hate. These writers only make me and many others hate to watch.

Obviously the writers are really stirring the pot with GH devoted fans by making Drew one of the best villains in soap opera however I would think that the writers would not be so disrespectful and heartless to allow the Quartermain mansion not to stay in the family.
I remember distinctly through my teenage years and beyond watching the GH episodes featuring the mansion with Edward and Lila. These truly are unforgettable memories that all GH fans treasure; especially the famous words from Monica “Alan gave the house to me. It’s my house”.
Yes, from the moment Martin found that piece of paper under the chair at Drew’s you knew something was going to arise. Him asking questions to Yeri and the secretive phone call the day before the Monica’s funeral and then Ronny showing up points him at the front of the line with sticking fingers in the honey jar. Even though he comes across as an ambulance chaser and I truly believe he has real distaste for Drew especially after knowing what Drew did with Riley to get Michael to punch him and Drew telling him point blank that he will lie to ensure that Michael is blamed for the shooting, I am really surprised that Martin is willing to let Michael go down for the shooting.
I don’t think the writers have any intentions of getting rid of Drew anytime soon as long as rating are up however Drew needs to be knock down a few pegs….such as custody of Scout whom I think should to Molly, don’t care very much for the character but looking at her immediately family that is the one aunt whom would be a great example for her. Drew should be thrown out of congress by his constitutes once they find out; hopefully sooner than later; the back end deals he has down; Sidwell, Ezra, Stella and etc…..
Don’t like the idea of Scout losing another parent at such a young age even though Drew in no way is a good role model.
