General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will have a confession to make to Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros). He will tell her that he was the “priest” she confessed to behind the partition at the church.
General Hospital Spoilers: Mortified And Afraid
Nina will be mortified she spoke her heart and her secrets to Cyrus, and she’ll be afraid-she’s already being blackmailed by two people over her secret, will Cyrus be the third?
She tried apologizing and asking forgiveness from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) based on Cyrus’ advice-all she got was hate and unforgiveness. Cyrus calls her on whether she confessed and admitted her sins to those she hurt, and she tells him about her experience with Carly.
Cyrus tells her she did her part with Carly-it was on Carly that she refused to forgive or listen to what she was trying to confess. But now, has she continued her path to redemption by telling anyone else she lied to by omission?
GH Spoilers: What Will He Do If She Doesn’t?
Nina becomes frantic at this point and asks Cyrus what will he do if she doesn’t confess and ask forgiveness from all the others hurt by her rash decision?
Cyrus puts her to the test when he tells her if she doesn’t tell them, then he will-they may not believe him, but then they’ll ask her if it’s true. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is due home having left Australia early, he’s the one who was hurt most and Cyrus should know-he was the one who found him!
Nina knows all too well that if she hadn’t blown the whistle on his and Carly’s insider trading, guilty or not, he’d have never done time in Pentonville. Carly may not have listened to her, but maybe Drew will-Cyrus suggests that she approach Drew next.
General Hospital Spoilers: What About Willow Corinthos?
Cyrus asks when she is going to confess and ask forgiveness from Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen); Willow could have died because of her turning in Drew.
What if he’d been arrested before he could save her aunt, and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had never been able to donate her bone marrow?
Nina starts to cry-and then Cyrus tells her about lies of omission and she needs to confess to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as well and ask forgiveness.
Finally Cyrus tells Nina that although the reporting itself was not wrong, because Drew and Carly had broken the law, her spiteful attitude in doing so was. Cyrus then starts spouting Bible verses at Nina, telling her he’s only trying to provoke her towards good works!
