General Hospital Spoilers: Charlotte’s Helena Transformation – Boarding School Creates a Cassadine Nightmare?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) could be making a huge mistake.

Lulu and Valentin are hoping that transferring Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) to boarding school will keep her safe, but what if this sends her even further down the wrong path?

As Lulu tried to explain the decision to Charlotte, she assured her daughter that this wasn’t a punishment. Lulu suggested Charlotte should view it as time for her to think about the person she’s meant to be.

Of course, Lulu believes Charlotte’s going to become someone amazing, but what if she comes home even worse than before?

There’s certainly a risk of that now that Charlotte’s being forced away from her friends, family and the life she’s built for herself in Port Charles. Charlotte has become awfully close to Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and may feel lost without him in Maine.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been voicing concerns about the possibility of Charlotte trying to recruit Danny for an escape plot. However, the most dangerous thing that can happen might be if Charlotte stays put and becomes the worst version of herself.

Charlotte may feel isolated and struggle to make new pals, especially since the school year has already started. Let’s face it: Charlotte isn’t exactly a bubbly, likable social butterfly!

Charlotte is an acquired taste and someone who can only be appreciated by the people who truly understand her like Danny. Now Charlotte could be stuck in a pit of loneliness and grow bitter about it.

This might also give Charlotte time to revisit a GH storyline from the past. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) offered up Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) necklace to Charlotte in his will, so fans may recall when she wore it and admired her grandmother.

There was a time when Charlotte seemed obsessed with learning more about Helena and following in her sinister footsteps. Charlotte might do some Helena research while she’s away and potentially even read up on curses.

This could be an opportunity for Charlotte to start admiring her grandmother once again and essentially come home as a new version of Helena. Charlotte might undergo a total Cassadine transformation and become just like Helena upon her return to Port Charles.

Bluesy Burke has confirmed that she wants to reprise the role during holidays and breaks from college, so we should go ahead and think about Charlotte’s future comeback stints.

Charlotte could channel Helena in some ways and cause chaos for anyone she pleases down the road.
