General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Spencer Is Jagger Cates’ Leverage
It was recently revealed that Carly being charged with RICO violations is the leverage that Jagger’s been using over Jason.
Back when Jason was in Canada with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was presumed dead, Carly had to take over at a Five Families meeting.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was still mobbed up and he was there, and Selina Wu (Lydia Look) and other Five Families representatives.
Since that time, the Five Families have dwindled down to two, and Sonny and Selina have pretty much joined forces.
Somehow, this managed to get back to the FBI, and Jagger was assigned to the case involving a mob boss killer vigilante, and knew Jason and his skill set could help.
GH Spoilers: Jason Morgan Knew He Had To Save Her
Jason would do anything for Carly, and Carly would do anything for Jason-it’s always been that way; for Jason, that includes letting everyone believe he is dead.
Even his sons Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Jake Webber (Hudson West) weren’t contacted, nor his mother, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson); not even Carly herself!
If she had been prosecuted for the RICO charges and criminal conspiracy Jagger’s been holding over Jason’s head, she could have done over twenty years and Jason couldn’t live with that.
However, since Jason was spotted and outed in Port Charles his mission has become much more dangerous-Pikeman likely knows who he really is and what he’s really up to.
That makes him a target since now Jagger’s making him bait to draw out Pikeman, and Carly will likely find out-and she can’t live with that!
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Spencer Will Gladly Turn Herself In To Protect Jason Morgan
Even though Carly turning herself in might take Jagger’s leverage away it won’t solve the problem of Pikeman-but to save Jason, she’d do it in a heartbeat.
Jason didn’t want Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to tell Carly what was going on but it’s possible Carly could overhear a conversation. Or, Anna might deem it necessary to let her into the loop because she’s hovering too much over Jason and making herself a target.
Jason will fight her plan tooth and nail if he were to find out, but Carly would make sure he doesn’t. The only problem is, it’s not just Carly and her culpability that’s at risk, there’s still Pikeman to draw out and take down!
