Britt may hope Jason can forgive her after she makes a difficult two-part confession, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
GH fans know Britt is still reeling over the news that she never had Huntington’s disease and that the medication used to control her was saline all along. Of course, Britt also found out Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is “dead,” so processing that will be tough as well.
However, the curveballs will keep coming for Britt, who’ll get some significant information in the July 10 episode. Britt will receive yet another shocker, so she’ll likely learn that Jason’s release is imminent since we know he’ll pop up again starting July 13.
How will Britt react once she learns Jason is on his way back to Port Charles? Britt will certainly be relieved for Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and everyone else who loves Jason.
That includes Britt herself since she declared her love for Jason before he was hauled off by the WSB and got his own love declaration in return. Part of Britt may wonder if they could still have a future together if she could get her own WSB mess sorted out.
At the same time, Britt is battling tremendous guilt when it comes to the mess she dragged Jason into. That could leave Britt worried that Jason’s going to wash his hands of her soon enough.
Once Britt finds out Jason’s release is happening, she may start thinking about what she’ll say when she finally sees him again. Britt may plan to ask forgiveness for two horrible things that she’s having a hard time accepting.
For starters, Britt will want to apologize since Jason risked so much for her when her Huntington’s was never real. It was all an elaborate plot to dupe Britt and ultimately keep her involved in this cold fusion project.
Of course, Jason was deceived right along with Britt when it came to her Huntington’s and this medication that they thought she so desperately needed. That’s why Jason may not hold any of that against her.
Unfortunately, Jason could have a problem with Britt once she comes clean about Cassius and knowing that he took over Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) life.
Cassius obviously isn’t quite the villain he’s being out to be by the WSB, but he still did plenty of shady things and posed a threat to people Jason cares about. Britt’s role in concealing all that may be a little tougher for Jason to get past.
Whatever the case, Britt will find out about Jason’s release and most likely ask forgiveness for all the pain she’s caused once they reunite.
General Hospital spoilers suggest Britt will be sorry for the medication fake-out that led to Jason landing in WSB custody and the Cassius chaos as well, so stay tuned. GHT’s where you want to be for terrific General Hospital spoilers and news, so visit us often for more GH details.
