General Hospital spoilers tease that Allison Rogers “Blaze” (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) has been careful about keeping her personal life separate from her professional life as an up-and-coming musician.
Although Blaze isn’t ashamed of herself or her life, she was afraid she would lose fans if they discovered that she was in a relationship with a woman.
She didn’t expect to meet and fall in love with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). While Kristina is out, Blaze is not, at least not to the general public. That is, until now.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome leaked a devastating recording about Blaze
Blaze’s mother Natalia Ramirez (Eva Larue) is on the biggest reasons that Blaze has been afraid to go public with her sexuality. Natalia has made it clear that she has issues with gay people, and doesn’t think gay people are serious about life.
Unfortunately, she said exactly this and more to Ava Jerome (Maura West), who recorded to conversation. For spite, Ava leaked the recording to the Invader.
Not only did it make Blaze’s sexuality public, it made it look like both mother and daughter were ashamed of it. Blaze is still dealing with the fallout from the leak.

Natalia certainly feels guilty now that her views have been made public. But it will be a long time before she can accept that Blaze and Kristina are together.
But she may not have any choice. Because while Blaze is reeling right now because of the negative publicity and her mother’s betrayal, she will likely also soon feel a huge sense of relief.
It may take awhile, but Blaze will ultimately realize she no longer has to hide a part of herself from anyone, including her fans.

The one thing that isn’t going to change is the love that Kristina and Blaze share. And once she realizes she doesn’t have to hide anything, Blaze may decide to take things a step further.
It’s possible she will propose to Kristina and want to make their relationship official. But before Kristina can give an answer, she’ll need to know if Blaze is just proposing as a response to her newfound freedom or if she really wants to be with Kristina forever.
Either way, look for this couple to continue getting stronger as they face their next big obstacle. Kristina is about to give birth as a surrogate for her sister!
