‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava Saves Nina, Sidwell’s Ambush, Sonny & Justine Caught
General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 21-25 reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) tries to help Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), while Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is involved in an ambush at Pentonville.
Plus, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are caught. The ABC just dropped its weekly preview, so let’s talk about all the drama that is set to unravel in Port Charles over the next five days.
Ava Jerome’s Save
General Hospital’s promo for the week of September 21 opens up with a scene between Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Ava. The blonde tells the congresswoman that if Nina is being framed, she may know who’s behind it.
As Ava says this, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is shown, grinning; so, will Ava throw her co-conspirator under the bus for Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) disappearance?
She may decide to try to set someone else up. After all, pointing the finger of blame at Drew will only throw shade her way, and Ava always thinks of herself first!
Lovers Caught!
As the preview progresses, Justine and Sonny are shown making out in an alleyway next. Justine is heard in the voiceover telling the former mob boss, “Our secret’s out!”
Meanwhile, Sonny is then shown with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) at home. A woman can be heard in the voiceover saying, someone ‘has to go down’. Sonny then tells Ric, “Let them try,” as he smiles.
During the week of September 21-25, a person will be targeting Sonny, but the former mob boss won’t be worried about it in the least. Could this overconfidence lead to Sonny’s downfall?
Pentonville Ambush
As the General Hospital promo comes to a close, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is shown at the prison, as a fellow inmate tells him to find a reason not to be in his cell after lunch.
As scenes shift, Sidwell is cornered in his jail cell by the thug who was talking to Curtis and another inmate. It looks like Sidwell is about to get ambushed, so will Curtis come to the man’s rescue?
This could be a major mistake that Curtis comes to regret!
