General Hospital Spoilers: Austin’s In The Loop About Where Nikolas Is, Blindsides Ava
GH spoilers promise more drama on the horizon for Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). They thought Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was long dead when they hid him in that Wyndemere closet, but recent developments have revealed his body has gone missing. Of course, fans know that Nik is alive and on life support, being watched over by Austin’s cousin, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyeal Grey). It’s only a matter of time before the good doctor finds out, but will he blindside Ava with this information?
GH Spoilers: Mason Will Continue To String Austin Along & Keep Him Under His Thumb
GH spoilers suggest that Mason may fill Austin in soon about Nik, and if he does so, it’ll only be to blackmail his cousin into doing what he and “the family” wants. The March 6th episode had the two run into each other, where Mason hinted that he knew what his cousin and Jerome have been up to.
Mason also implied that he plans to hang this information over Austin’s head to keep him in his place. While it’s unclear as to why Mason requires Austin’s cooperation on certain matters, one thing is for sure, the doctor will continue to fulfill orders for his cousin and family to ensure nothing gets leaked out about Cassadine. But will he tell Ava about Mason, his knowledge of Nik, and the story behind his family?
GH Spoilers: Austin Finds That Nikolas Is Alive, But Does He Tell Ava?
Whether or not he finds out that Nik is not dead, there’s a good chance that Austin keeps his lips sealed about Cassadine and Mason. After all, if he tells Ava what he knows, he’ll have to also tell her why he needs to follow Mason’s directions. To date, their conversations around their family dynamics continue to be cryptic.
Fans aren’t privy to what Mason or Austin have been up to, so why would Jerome be brought into the loop anytime soon? The doctor couldn’t trust Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) with his family drama, so there’s a good chance that he’ll keep it hidden from Ava, too (for the time being).
