General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 20-24 imply that Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) may have revenge on brain, while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gains a new alliance.

Ethan Lovett’s Revenge
General Hospital spoilers note that Ethan will do his reunion rounds post-return, during the week of April 20. From catching up with sister, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), to paying his step-monster, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), a visit, fans can expect some heartwarming scenes.
But Ethan’s visits may not end there. While there’s no confirmation on what brings Ethan back to Port Charles, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) might be the main reason. After all, she skipped town and is now in hiding because of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), so will Ethan have revenge on his mind?
Laura Collins’s New Alliance
Speaking of, General Hospital spoilers note that Ethan will likely also meet up with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). After all, the mob boss was his late father, Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) best friend.
In addition, it’s hard to imagine he won’t go see Laura, as well. As Ethan will have disdain for Sidwell, could he ally with Sonny and Laura to bring the criminal down?
Meanwhile, it sounds like Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will get a blast from the past, as she is sure to run into him. Will seeing Ethan stir up old feelings? How will he feel when he sees her, “all grown up”?
Nina Reeves’ Answer
General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 20-24 also hint that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will provide an answer to someone regarding a proposition, so it sounds like she’ll get back to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) on the idea he presented to her this past week.
Will Nina join forces with Valentin to bring down Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna)? Only time will tell.

Elsewhere, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will scoop Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) up as the two take off to New York City for a romantic getaway.
Emma and Gio will catch the Broadway musical, Aladdin, which is part of a multiple-episode arc that involves “Genie” player, Michael James Scott, who will play himself on the ABC soap.
Scott’s slated to return in May, so it’ll be interesting to see him whoop it up with Gio and Emma. Fans should brace for some sweet moments between PC’s new “it” couple, so the storyline will offer some feel-good scenes as Gio and Emma continue to sizzle.
Unfortunately, Gio’s mom, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), won’t have a good week.
Between the demands of watching over Baby Phoebe Wilson, plus the stress of keeping her car crash hush-hush from everyone, especially Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), BLQ will be a walking set of nerves. Will she do something stupid?
