General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of January 12, 2026. It shows Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) having a brawl. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tells Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) the truth.

Brad Cooper’s Fierce Warning
Let’s start off with Brad, who meets with Jason. The lab tech isn’t friendly, though. The young man warns Jason to stay away from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). While Brad loves his friend and wants what is best for her, Jason has no intention of hurting Britt. At the same time, Brad remembers how heartbroken Britt was before. Brad doesn’t want his friend going through that again.
However, it does look a bit funny with Brad trying to threaten Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) right-hand man!
Drew Cain’s Discovery
Over at the law office, Alexis just learned some shocking intel from Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Now Alexis has to figure out how to deal with the situation.
In a preview clip, Alexis meets with Drew. The woman tells him that it was his own wife who shot him. Drew looks stunned, but maybe he already knows.
Perhaps that’s why he is forcing Alexis to free her. That also might be why he pushed to marry her so much. Of course, this isn’t the only crime that Willow has committed. Fans might recall that Drew suspected Willow stalked Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) as well.
With closing statements the next day, what will Alexis do about the situation?
There is also a shot of Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) sitting together in the gallery at court.
Anna Devane’s Brawl

Diane Miller’s Advice
There is also what appears to be Diane Miller’s (Caroly Henessy) voice in the preview clip. The lawyer has been gone because of a leg injury, but it is clearly her voice. The woman tells someone, “You know exactly what you have to do.”
