General Hospital Spoilers: A Romance Between Carly and Valentin Rocks Port Charles

General Hospital spoilers claim Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are getting too close for at least some fans’ comfort, but I’m here for whatever transpires between them!

As soon as Valentin showed up in Carly’s house recently, breaking in to force his agenda, I knew there would be sparks flying here.

Carly wasn’t afraid to defend herself against any kind of intruder or attacker. Valentin was savvy enough to get into the lakeside compound, when we know the security had to be top-notch, thanks to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

With her fiery temper, and his posh way of keeping things cool, calm, and Machiavellian, is there any chance they don’t end up between the sheets together?

Carly is Vulnerable

Several times now, Valentin has sought reassurance that Carly isn’t catching feelings for Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) all over again.

He needs to be sure that she is on the same track he is to take Jack down, and not falling for his smooth moves and even smoother sweet talk.

Dialing necklaces are a girl’s best friend, but Carly craves companionship, loyalty, and trust. Wouldn’t it be fabulous if that’s what she found in Valentin?

GH Spoilers Gossip Sonny and Jason Would Lose It

Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of possible complications here, not the least of which is that Valentin is currently a fugitive from justice.

Somehow, he had to be pardoned of his crimes and set free again to return home to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

If he lands back in Port Charles, I could see him and Carly ending up as more than just friends or acquaintances who once banded together to take down a bad guy. In fact, I think that part may set sail before anyone knows Valentin is back.

Of course, Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) would be none too happy with her latest pick from the pool or Port Chuck men, but since when are they happy with her boyfriends?

Who’s the Bigger Romantic?

A romance between Carly and Valentin could really be one for the ages. Yes, he’s a little more sinister than she is.

His insertion into her could pull her backward a bit, but I have a feeling she might prove to have a more positive effect on him and his desires to seek revenge.

She knows a thing or two about that from her younger years. Could Carly be the woman who “saves” Valentin from himself? Could Valentin be the romance injection she’s been waiting for? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
