Of course, Liz might suspect that Esme is just pretending to put her baby in danger. After all, Esme did stash some prenatal vitamins.

Fans can also expect Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to interrogate Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Finn will also make a desperate plea to Liz. It is also confirmed that Sonny will put Dex on notice. So, this most likely has to do with Dex’s dynamic with Josslyn. However, will Dex listen to Sonny or continue to get closer to Josslyn?
