General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Sonny And Nina Stand Their Ground Against Stiff Competition
General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has been trying to keep the ones that he cares about safe. Sonny has had to deal with getting a divorce from his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Sonny has been trying to deal with the loss of his best friend and right-hand man Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Sonny has turned to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for support. Sonny and Nina got close while they were in Nixon Falls. Nina has helped Sonny to deal with many different challenges. Nina has been dealing with her own personal problems. Sonny and Nina want to find a way to face their problems and take care of them.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Wants Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos in Her Life
Nina is determined to be a part of her grandson Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) life. Nina is having trouble with getting Wiley’s parents Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to let her be a grandmother to Wiley. Nina has decided to take legal action in order to get to have visitation with Wiley. Nina has turned to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) for help. Nina knows that she going to have to fight Michael and Willow to get to be a part of Wiley’s life. Nina has found out that Michael and Willow want to put their story in The Invader. Michael and Willow have offered the story to Smoltz (David Lautman) who wants to get Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to publish the story. Nina was broadsided by Smoltz when she went to see Alexis. Nina confronted Michael and Willow about the article. Nina has told Michael and Willow that she will not back down from trying to get to a part of Wiley’s life.
General Hospital Updates – Sonny Corinthos Intends On Proving To His Rivals That He Is In Control
Sonny had been able to turn to Jason for help in the past. Sonny has found help to run his mafia organization. Sonny has turned to his friend Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to take over the job that Jason did for him. Sonny may need to turn to Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) for help. Sonny and Nina needed Brando to help them when two armed robbers came to rob Charlie’s. Brando was able to help Sonny and Nina to disarm the thieves. Sonny may try to get Brando to be his bodyguard. Sonny had a conversation with Carly about the attempted robbery. Carly told Sonny that his enemies may be making a move against him. Sonny told Carly that he is not going to let his enemies get the better of him. Sonny intends on sending a message to his enemies that he is still in control of his mafia organization.
Sonny Corinthos And Nina Reeves Declare War To Get What They Want
General Hospital Sonny had hoped that he would not have to take extreme measures to protect the ones he loves and his business. Sonny had been able to get the head of the other mafia family in Port Charles Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to work with him. Sonny does not intend on showing weakness to his rivals. What will Sonny do to show his rivals that he is the one with the power? Nina did not want to take Michael and Willow to court over Wiley. Nina may try to find out more about Michael and Willow in order to help her case. Nina may find out that Willow is really her daughter. Could Nina finding out that she is Willow’s real mother help her to convince Michael and Willow to let her be in Wiley’s life?

I’m on the same page as you are when it comes to Sonny and Nina. I also have watched for over 40 years but now am done with GH. Sick and tired of the writers forcing them down our throats. They are a disgusting couple and I now can’t even stand the Sonny character. As far as I’m concerned they could kill of Sonny and I’d be fine with it. And to think that Carly and Sonny have been favorites for decades….along with Jason/Steve Burton, of course!!
Sonny is now just pathetic and gross, Nina I have no words for…. karma needs to get her big time!!
And now the writers are just dragging out the storyline about who Curtis’s father is. These writers get stuck on something and just don’t know when to move on from it.
Writers need to start paying attention to what the viewers want because a lot of the fans and viewers are ‘moving on’ as well!!
If Sonny/Nina just have to be an item. I wish writers would have them not to hold on to one or the others head when they kiss. It looks so uncomfortable/forced and definitely does not bring any Love In The Afternoon. The two have zero chemistry and no matter how long they try to present a romantic presence, it just doesn’t work in my opinion. Even though Nina has done some things I don’t agree with, the character is okay, but some one else needs to be chosen for her to pair with. Also so tired of the Wiley saga, if it’s not Willow/Michael, now it’s Nina’s almost every word. This child has caused more confusion in the years he has been on canvas than any child ever has, probably from the beginning of GH back in the1960’s. Don’t understand why the Wiley Saga cant be over and done with. Have never felt Wiley was Michael’s child. Always thought it was Dillon, but Michael was the better catch so Nelle chose him for the father. Hope DNA testing is done for all involved and tests done far away from PC.

I am so glad Valentine is back but please don’t have him working with Victor !!
I like him with Anna so don’t mess that up either. For goodness sake get Chase and Brooklyn on the same page !!! No more dancing around their feelings. Finn has more chemistry with Alexis than with Liz , have always thought they would make the better pair. Maxie needs Spinelli and Britt with Austin ( unless Jason comes back).

I hate Sonny and Nina together and I cringe when I see them kiss! I fast forward their scenes and I was really hoping Carley would get some revenge on her! Don’t renew her Crimson office! I am hoping they do a blood test and prove her not the grandma! I hate that GH breaks up all the good couples and makes us have to tolerate Sonny and Nina!) I also hate that Jordan suspects even her friends when something happens and she doesn’t look any farther just arrests the first person that she suspects! She has been around enough to figure the whole Trina situation out! Why would she get a phone and cover exactly like hers and keep it with her! They can’t figure out it’s a plant!
I want to see Steve Burton & Ingo Radenmacher back on canvas.
I want to see Esme gone for good along with Ryan.
It’s going to be a long summer, fall, and (probably) winter to slog through this Sonny and Nina story.
Eventually we’ll get back to Sonny and Carly together again. But there will be a lot of “I’ll Fast Forward Through This” scenes.
I have never FF through any Sonny Corinthos scene until the past few months. Now it’s a common practice if he’s with Nina.
